Flint Culture is an international consultancy working across cultural communications and strategy. The identity was redesigned to support a multilingual organisation operating across different regions, platforms and audiences.
The visual system developed from the existing flint stone symbol. Its angular form informed the construction of the new wordmark, introducing a sense of movement while retaining a connection to the original identity. The dot of the "i" became a simplified flint stone, preserving a recognisable element of the brand. The defining angle was extended throughout the identity, influencing typography, composition, colour relationships and graphic applications.
The system was designed to remain structured while allowing imagery to communicate the diversity of cultural contexts. Colour palettes are drawn from landscapes, people and local environments, making the identity adaptable without losing consistency. A family of icons evolved from the flint stone motif and was applied across print and digital touchpoints. Together these elements form a visual identity that is flexible, recognisable and suited to an international cultural organisation.
